SCIENTIFIC WRITING ABILITY IN STUDENTS INDONESIAN LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE EDUCATION

Writing scientific papers, students often have difficulty mastering vocabulary and grammar. Difficulty in getting ideas or has always been an obstacle, even though writing a paper the author is required to as well adequate relate theme that will be raised writing. This study aims describe ability write papers of Indonesian language literature program STKIP Harapan Bima. The type research used descriptive qualitative. samples this were 11 third semester Language Literature Education Study Program. data collection techniques through interview, observation, documentation work. Data analysis process systematically searching compiling sequences, obtained from interviews, field notes, documentation, by organizing into categories, describing them units, synthesizing, arranging patterns, choosing which ones are important. What studied, then make conclusions so they easily understood themselves others. Based on results analysis, it can concluded toward Bima declared unable.
